Porsche 356 Pre-A (Large) COMPLETE Ash Tray Unit
Excellent Chrome... with light 'surface' scratches on the Face, as would be expected on something OVER 45 years old!! The Original Knob is a 'Little' rough, BUT could be brought back to 80% to 90% with carefully sanding...
There is a Dent just to the Left of the Knob... It is Small, but being on 'Nice Shiny Chrome', it Does stand-out!! When disassembled for 'Re-Finishing', I believe MOST of the 'Dent' could be 'Tapped' out from the Back, reducing its 'visibility'... OR Just remove Dent and Re-Chrome It!!

The 'DASH' Unit has 'Surface' Rust, and could be Easily Re-Finished: The Chrome trim 'Ring' is in EXCELLENT Condition!!
The 'Tray' will require a 'Little' more work!! There is Heavy 'Surface' Rust inside Tray... BUT Nothing THROUGH the Metal...YET... I would expect it would require 'Bead / Sand' Blasting and that would most likely result in a few 'Pin Holes' in the Bottom... BUT Very easily Repaired!! The Tray is EXTREMELY SOLID and Is in NO Way about to 'Fall Apart'!
The 'Sprung' Steel works Perfectly and has 'plenty' of 'Life' Left!! ALL Original mounting Hardware included!!
Also included is 'NEW' Knob! I'm sure it is a Re-Po because of the little 'Tab' on the bottom: However, it is ABSOLUTELY Identical to the Original... without the 'Tab'!!
